罗致恒富:12%的员工担心人工智能会对他们的工作产生负面影响

  近日,据罗致恒富公布的调查结果显示,12%的员工担心人工智能和自动化会对他们的工作产生负面影响。

 

  39%的受访者认为新技术会产生积极的影响,49%则认为没有变化。

 

  在涉及新技术的影响时,有47%的雇主表示新技术将要求员工学习新技能。雇主们表示,其他影响还包括:

 

  提高员工生产力(47%)

 

  让团队有更多时间专注于战略性业务领域(44%)

 

  新职业机会(44%)

 

  工作流程变化(44%)

 

  调查中,有39%的员工认为人工智能和自动化对他们的工作产生了积极影响,并列举了以下原因:

 

  提高生产力(33%)

 

  发展新技能并提供更好的业务解决方案(27%)

 

  提供了专注于创意和解决问题的机会(27%)

 

  然而,有82%的管理者认为让员工掌握新技术将是一项挑战。

  Instead, 39% believe new technologies will have a positive impact, and 49% foresee no change.

 

  When it comes to the impact of new technologies, 47% of employers said the new tech will require employees to learn new skills. Other impacts, according to employers, will include:

  lMore time for teams to focus on strategic areas, 44%

 

  lNew career opportunities, 44%

 

  lChange in processes, 44%

 

  Of the 39% of employees who said they see AI and automation having a positive impact on their job, they cited the following reasons:

 

  lIncreased productivity, 33%

 

  lAbility to develop new skills and deliver better business solutions, 27%

 

  lOpportunity to focus on creativity and problem-solving, 27%

 

  However, 82% of managers think it will be challenging to get their staff up to speed on new technologies.
