瑞可利:多数求职者在换岗时更看重公平性和有竞争力的薪酬

  近日,据瑞可利集团旗下RGF International Recruitment的一份报告显示,亚太地区大多数(66%)求职者表示,在转换工作岗位时,他们首先看重公平性和有竞争力的薪酬。

 

  该报告研究了亚洲11个地区的广泛行业和招聘趋势,调查地区包括:新加坡,马来西亚,印度尼西亚,菲律宾,泰国,越南,印度,中国大陆,日本,中国香港和中国台湾。此外,报告还分析了医疗保健和生命科学、工业、技术、互联网和电信,消费者和零售以及金融服务等行业中,候选人变化趋势和雇主的招聘趋势。

 

  报告中,有24%的受访者表示,希望将工作岗位及工作地点转移至新加坡,这一比例高于其他任何市场。

 

  在所有行业中,职场人才都希望在换工作后平均加薪22%。

 

  与此同时,有71%的亚洲雇主认为人才短缺是他们面临的首要招聘挑战。超过三分之一(37%)的雇主表示,扩大内部人才招聘团队是推动招聘解决方案的关键。

 

  为吸引和保留顶尖人才,42%的雇主表示,他们明白自己需要改善雇主品牌。15%的雇主投资于人工智能,以辅助他们的招聘策略,找到合适的人才。

  (Jul.11, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)The majority, or 66%, of jobseekers across Asia Pacific say fair and competitive compensation is their highest priority when switching jobs, according to a report from RGF International Recruitment, part of the Recruit Group.

 

  The report looked at broad industry and country hiring trends across 11 countries in Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Five key industries - Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industry, Technology, Internet & Telecommunications, Consumer & Retail, and Financial Services were examined for the report’s analysis into candidate and employer hiring trends.

 

  Of those who said they would switch jobs, 24% want to relocate to Singapore for work, more so than any other market.

 

  Across all industries, talent want an average salary increase of 22% when changing jobs.

 

  Meanwhile, 71% of employers across Asia consider the shortage of talent their biggest hiring challenge. More than a third, or 37%, of employers say expanding internal talent acquisition teams are key to boosting their recruitment solutions.

 

  In order to attract and retain top talent 42% of employers said they understand they need to improve their employer branding. 15% of employers are investing in AI to aid their recruitment strategies and find the right talent.
