  12月4日,ADP发布了2019年11月《全美就业报告》,2019年11月,美国非农业私营部门增加了67,000个工作岗位。然而服务部门的就业增长被商品生产部门工作机会减少而抵消。

 

  报告显示,美国劳动力市场的这一涨幅远低于《经济学人》中经济学家预期的156,000个工作岗位。

 

  此外,2019年10月之前报告中显示的125,000个就业机会在11月的报告中被下调至121,000个。

 

  穆迪分析公司(Moody's Analytics)首席经济学家Mark Zandi表示:“就业市场正在失去光彩。制造商、产品生产商和零售商正在裁员。职位空缺数量正在下降,如果就业增长放缓,任何行业的失业率都会进一步增加。”

 

  报告显示,2019年11月,美国服务部门增加了85,000个工作岗位,其中教育/保健服务部门增加了39,000个工作岗位,专业/商业服务部门增加了28,000个工作岗位。另一方面,贸易/运输/公用事业和信息部门分别减少了15,000和8,000个工作岗位。

 

  同时,自然资源/采矿、建筑和制造业的商品生产部门减少了18,000个工作岗位,平均每个部门减少了6,000个工作岗位。

 

  该报告还指出,中型企业(50至499名员工)在2019年11月总计增加了29,000个工作岗位。小型企业增加了11,000个工作岗位,大型企业增加了27,000个工作岗位。

 

  ADP研究院副总裁兼联合负责人Ahu Yildirmaz表示,美国劳动力市场在11月份显示出就业增长放缓的迹象。

  (Dec.6, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)The US added 67,000 nonfarm, private-sector jobs in November from October, according the ADP National Employment Report released today. Job growth is the service-providing sector offset a loss of jobs in the goods-producing sector.

 

  The gain was well below forecasts from economists surveyed by Econoday who expected a gain of 156,000, MarketWatch reported.

 

  In addition, October’s previously reported gain of 125,000 jobs was revised down to 121,000 in today’s report.

 

  “The job market is losing its shine,” said Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, which produces the report in collaboration with ADP. “Manufacturers, commodity producers and retailers are shedding jobs. Job openings are declining and if job growth slows any further unemployment will increase.”

 

  The service-providing sector added 85,000 jobs in November, led by the education/health services segment with 39,000 added jobs and professional/business services with added 28,000 jobs. On the flip side, the trade/transportation/utilities and the information sectors lost 15,000 and 8,000 jobs respectively.

 

  Meanwhile, the goods-producing sector shed 18,000 jobs with declines of 6,000 jobs each in natural resources/mining, construction and manufacturing.

 

  The report also noted midsize businesses, those with between 50 and 499 employees, collectively added 29,000 jobs in November. Small businesses added 11,000 jobs and large businesses added 27,000 jobs.

 

  The labor market showed signs of slowing in November, according to Ahu Yildirmaz, VP and co-head of the ADP Research Institute.
