超八成亚洲职场人士认为重视多元观点的文化是留住人才的最佳途径

  近日,据瀚纳仕的最新调查显示,有85%的亚洲职场人士认为,留住顶尖人才的最重要因素是鼓励和奖励各种观点的职场文化。

 

  此外,留住人才的第二重要因素是拥有一支多元化的领导团队(79%)。

 

  调查还发现,有53%的受访者认为“奖励和内部交流来自不同员工群体的想法和贡献”是公司支持意见多元化的最有效方式。

 

  但是,有61%的受访者表示组织中的领导者倾向于提拔与他们类似的员工,而59%的受访者表示,领导者倾向于聘用思想或举止相似的员工。

 

  瀚纳仕中国香港的区域主管Jack Leung说:“我们的报告结果表明,通过鼓励和奖励更多的意见分歧并在组织层面推动变革,企业领导者越来越肩负着更大的责任来满足员工的期望。”

  (Nov.29, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)The most important element in retaining top talent is a workplace culture that encourages and rewards diverse opinions, according to 85% of Asian professionals surveyed by Hays plc.

 

  In addition, the second-most impactful way to retain talent was having a diverse leadership team; this was cited by 79% of respondents.

 

  It also found that 53% cited “rewarding and internally communicating ideas and contributions from diverse employee groups” as the most impactful way a company can support diversity of opinion.

 

  However, 61% of respondents reported leaders at their organisation had a bias toward promoting people like themselves and 59% said leaders had a bias toward hiring people that thought or acted like them.

 

  “The results of our report show an increasing onus on business leaders to match employee expectations by encouraging and rewarding more diversity of opinion and driving change on an organisational level,” said Jack Leung, regional director at Hays Hong Kong.
